+ Raffaello is rented as a one bed apartment in high season and may be rented as a two bed apartment in low season. In mid season it can be rented as either one bed or two bed.
Note: In high season bookings are usually Saturday to Saturday. However, we usually reserve some apartments for mid-week arrivals and shorter stays - please enquire.
Discounts are available when staying for 15 days or more. Long term lets considered out of high season.
Cancellation Policy:
Up to 57 days prior to arrival date - 100% deposit
43-56 days - deposit plus 50% of balance payment
29-42 days - deposit plus 75% of balance payment
Arrival date - 28 days - 100%
