Casal dei Fichi holiday apartments to rent in Le Marche, Italy

If you decide to come and stay with us we will confirm your booking by email and hold the apartment for you for 7 days, unless specified otherwise, while you arrange to pay the deposit. Sometimes we can only take bookings Saturday to Saturday for 7 nights but often we can accept mid week arrivals and shorter stays, so please always ask and we will do our best to accommodate you.

The payment of your 20% deposit reconfirms your booking. The remainder of your payment is due 8 weeks before arrival. If you are booking within 8 weeks of arrival full payment is due immediately.

Prices shown are in Euros for 7 nights accommodation.

Any payment for your stay is considered acceptance of these terms.

The prices shown is what you will pay, we do not charge anything extra. Payment can be made by bank transfer to a UK or Italian bank account, by UK cheque to a UK address, by Paypal or by credit card.

We do not take a security deposit, preferring to trust our guests will treat their accommodation as if it were their own. Any substantial breakages are expected to be paid for in full.

Check-in is 4 pm or later. If you wish to arrive earlier please ask and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you intend to arrive in the evening please let us know in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Please note any costs we incur in receiving a payment or processing a refund will be deducted from the above cancellation terms e.g. Paypal commission, bank charges etc. A request to significantly reduce the days booked may constitute a cancellation
